A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Carlos Rivera came to the United States at the age of 10. His passion for the art of landscaping started while working part time for Hershey's Mill Landscape during his high school years; he eventually worked there full time, for 12 years, before starting C.O. Rivera Landscape Contracting in 1990.
Carlos's hands-on approach, his extensive knowledge of lawn care and landscaping, as well as his unique sense of sincere interest in each of the properties he maintains, puts him head and shoulders above his competitors in the field.
